The purpose of this page is mainly just to tell what Azura looks like. Her appearance gets a bit complicated at times, and I needed a place to point people to for reference. Name: Azura Indira Riverja [Azh-OO-ruh Ind-EAR-uh Riv-AIR-zhuh] Species: Vulpedrak shapeshifter Gender: Female Age: 19 skiriss (about 878 years) Abilities Breath Weapon: blue beam that freezes on contact Physical: Not particularly strong, but very quick and agile on land, air or water. Can breathe underwater. High resistance to cold, but poor resistance to heat. Very good hearing, fairly good sense of smell, and excellent night-vision, but vision in daytime is equal to a human's. Mental: Lacks proper lips, so communicates telepathically, but only at short range. Verbally only capable of animalistic noises, such as growls, howls, chirps, yips, trills, screeches and even purring. Also can sing dragonsongs very well. Very intelligent and logical, as well as very patient and slow to anger. Thick skinned and good at controlling emotions, and so sometimes appears uncaring or cold- which is untrue. Oftentimes the eyes are the only indicator of emotion or mood. Enjoys mathematical and other such logical problems, and drabbles in art and writing. Also enjoys reading. Magical: Most powerful with water spells: summon/banish water, manipulate water, freeze water/melt ice Feeble at air spells: Air bubble, manipulate(some) lightning, banish(some) lightning, thunderclap, shocking touch (more like a static shock...) Medium power with other spells: heal minor wounds, detect lies, detect magic, camoflauge Appearance: Shifts: Azura can shapeshift at will into any one of the following. Anything not mentioned can be assumed to be the same as vulpedrak form. Anthro Vulpedrak: Abilities: Breath Weapon: blue beam that does nothing Physical: Flight reduced to a glide in this form, but still agile on land or in water. Cold resistance is slightly weaker. Can skillfully use bow and arrow, as well as daggers. Appearance: Anthro Fox: Abilities: Breath Weapon: none Physical: Incapable of flight and underwater breathing, less mobile underwater. Senses are equivalent to an average fox's, and while cold tolerance is weaker, heat tolerance is higher. Can skillfully use bow and arrow, as well as daggers. Mental: No telepathy Spells: Same, but weaker Appearance: Gryphon: Abilities: Breath Weapon: none Physical: Less cold tolerance, higher heat tolerance. Vision of a falcon, and hearing and sense of smell of a fox. Cannot breathe underwater, and less mobile underwater. Appearance: Human: Abilities: Breath Weapon: none Physical: Cannot fly or breathe underwater. Not extraordinary for a human, with slightly higher cold tolerance, and heightened senses. Still an excellent swimmer, or as good as a human can be. Can skillfully use bow and arrows, as well as daggers. Mental: No telepathy Spells: Only water spells work, and those are feeble. It is not a voluntary shift. Abilities: Breath Weapon: Same as vulpedrak form, but shocks as well as freezes. Physical: Same as vulpedrak form, but much stronger physically. In this form, incapable of feeling pain- but can still be hurt. Mental: Being the result of uncontrolled emotion, this form is rather uncontrollable.
